We have been buying Hilltop poultry for a few years now… We live in Alliston, but it is WELL worth the drive to get their chicken. Last night I BBQ’d a full breast (2 halfs) for the two of us. We only ate one and it was incredibly good! It reminds me of chicken I used to eat as a kid (I’m 66, but don’t tell anyone lol). It doesn’t shrink down to nothing, and you really don’t have to smother it in sauce to help the taste. It’s chicken the way its supposed to be. And no … I don’t have any affiliation with Hilltop, other than being a completely satisfied customer.
