These wings are awesome… Once you cook these wings at home, wings at bars and restaurants seem mediocre. These ones are large, tender, and actually taste like chicken!! Highly recommend ALL Hilltop chicken… To me it’s like “old fashioned” chicken.

I too like the Hilltop split wings. I like to get mostly the “flat center pieces”. I marinate them in a Lemon/Orange/Garlic sauce for 4-6 hours before baking them at 400F until done.
