Of course, we can’t forget the veggies. This is your chance to lighten up a heavy dish. Generally speaking, you have two options. Cooked or raw. And, when we say raw, we are referring to a fresh salad. We don’t mean just throwing some raw veggies on a plate. It’s important to think about what works well with steak.
